Winter...?

So whilst our summer keeps going on and on, and on... we can wish of winter days yet to arrive!


The winter coolness conjures images of cosy, warming tones and vibrant reds and black. And so my latest creations remind me of the season to come...

Welcome to Noah...

In between doing bags and wallets, journal and totes I'm always off doing something else...

And I recently had the pleasure of making a cushion cover for my cousin's sister (she's my cousin too of course...) who welcomed a new baby boy into the world...

This is what I came up with!

It's such a joy to create for such an auspicious occasion!

Somewhere to jot your thoughts...

I have lots of ideas going through my head at any one time and it's so handy to have a place to jot them down whereever I am...

So I have now started creating my own vibe on fabric-covered journals to personalise my thoughts :)

These will be instore this week, so keep an eye out!

Time away...

Whilst this is not about me creating, it certainly is about what inspires me... I have just returned from a magical, whirlwind weekend in Sydney city... We walked, we looked, we saw, we enjoyed, it was grand...

Furniture, textiles, interiors... you name it we saw it. People are out there creating the most amazing things, and it's so nice to get out there and see it...

an indulged interlude...

In between my own designs it’s nice to do something custom made for someone else! This little purple number was a request from my mum, a little evening number…

nifty networking...

There is something really special about embracing social media, online networking and the like. When you run a business from home it becomes a great sounding board, a place to make contact, source information and generally make friends and acquaintances!
